Toyota Australia has today announced that it will initiate a Customer Service Exercise (CSE) for the F33A Fuel Addition Injector on a range of Toyota LandCruiser 300 vehicles produced between 16th July 2021 – 17th February 2025. There are approximately 40,693 vehicles involved in the Australian market.
The involved vehicles are equipped with a F33A Fuel Addition Injector. This Exhaust After Treatment Fuel Injector may experience clogging in some circumstances. This may cause a warning message to appear on your vehicle's Multi Information Display (MID) that will state: 'Engine Maintenance Required: Visit Your Dealer'.
For all involved vehicles, Toyota dealers will clean the Exhaust After Treatment Fuel Injector and if required, install a retainer and reprogram the ECU, free of charge to owners.
Repair and inspection will take approximately 3 hours. Depending on the Dealer's work schedule, owners may be required to make the vehicle available for a longer period of time.
